Tae Bo/Kickboxing


Tae-Bo/Cardio-Kickboxing
A regular class that is taught on Tuesday and Thursday from 6pm to 7pm. A typical class consists of upbeat music using martial arts techniques and light weights. Lots of abs and lots of calorie burning. A typical workout will burn 500 to 750 calories. Workouts are of different variety. No boredom!


Cardio-Kickboxing 
Join us on Saturday mornings from 7:30am to 9am. This class is a non-contact class that demands a little more than the Tae-Bo class. We try to burn 1,000 calories per workout.  This workout can be hardcore!
